Dear Marti Membership,

I was very pleased to meet you last evening at the dinner you and your organization hosted. MARTI should be very proud of the presentation made to all of us who attended. It was very interesting and enlightening for me learn more about the Turkish cultural. As I mentioned to you, many of us whose families come from the Mediterranean region have similar roots.

I came away from last night's meeting with a desire to learn more and visit Turkey when I return to Europe. There is no question of our common humanity.

Please convey my thanks for a most cordial welcome, excellent dinner, educational information and fine companionship. Also, thank you for the parting gifts which I plan to share with others.
