For the first time in Maryland, MARTI organized the Kids Festival on 23rd of April by bringing together the kids and their families at its office in Halethorpe. After President Hasan Kumbasar gave a speech on the history of 23rd of April, the kids participated in the program by reading poems about 23rd of April, performing Turkish folk dances and singing songs. The program ended with a cocktail which includes sodas and beverages.
