Thank you for helping us strengthen our community. MARTI welcomes your questions, concerns, suggestions, compliments, and constructive feedback. Every submission is treated respectfully and reviewed by the appropriate leadership.
Escalation Guide
To help us respond as efficiently as possible, we encourage members to first direct questions, feedback, or requests to the individual or team most closely involved. If additional assistance is needed, you may contact their manager, then the Executive Director, and finally the Board of Directors. Matters that are directly related to the Executive Director or the Board may be submitted to them directly.
