This year’s Cooking Class Iftar was a beautiful gathering where we embraced the rich diversity of our community, sharing flavors from 7 different cuisines around the world: Turkey, Thailand, South Korea, Nigeria, Kazakhstan, Uyghur, and India! Our cooking class students came together for a special iftar dinner, celebrating not just the beauty of cultural exchange but also International Women’s Day, honoring the contributions of women in our communities and beyond.
